Fancy Nails

I'm a little bit of a nail polish enthusiast.  I own more bottles than I should and spend too much time painting my nails.  However, I love it.  Seeing as I have more changes in nail polish than I have finished pieces of art at the moment, I've decided to post some of my hobby here.  This is an art blog, but it can be two things, right?  And nail polish is basically art.

So here a couple of the designs I've done so far.

These were modeled after the radiation symbol.  I got some fancy glow in the dark nail polish and thought it would be the natural step.

The last two are pretty self-explanatory haha.  They're just fun little designs I did.

There will be more of these coming in the future since I have a lot of backlogged images.  I hope you find them as amusing as I do.

The Girl with the Owls

This started out as a project for school, but I hadn't finished it until now.  Done in oils, as usual.

Aaaanyway, the owls were fun to paint in this.  Barn owls are cool.

Obligatory First Blog Entry

I am now starting a blog.  I mean, who doesn't have one these days.  I cross my heart and hope to die and stick a needle in my eye that I will update this.  If nothing else, it'll get me to do art more often.
